Not yet the full virtual interface i would love to have, but a nice gadget on the way. This Mini 800dpi USB-powered optical mouse works while strapped to the index finger and the button is operated with the thumb. The mouse can work on any surface and even in very narrow spaces (such as on the cloth at the knee). Surely convenient during travelling and also to avoid a mouse-syndrome.
