Novelty pudding for noodle lovers
Written by: Rebecca Milner on March 27, 2008 at 2:02 am | In Fashion & Lifestyle Trends |For pudding and noodle lovers (of which there are legions) nothing could be better perhaps, then a marriage of the two. This novelty pudding from IchiMonji confectionary is just that, with the look of udon noodles and the taste of pudding.

The soy sauce looking broth is made from caramel, the noodles from ordinary pudding, and the toppings from chocolate and other traditional sweets.

A box of six individual udon tartes, like the one pictured above, goes for ¥3,100.
