		<description>You guys are SERIOUSLY overlooking something.The main reason this is more frequently happen in Japan is because of LIVING SPACE AND POPOULATION. 

The US is like the 3rd largest county, so there is much much more living space. Therefore, the people would be accustomed to that. aint Japan like the size of California? The Japanese forced to accustom to small living space.  

I'm getting tired of the anti-American comments. Japan is not some holy country w/ nothing wrong w/ it. They have their faults as well</description>

And the person who thought they were amazingly smart because "Japan is an island". It's a huge island. Plus, it doesn't stop them from having pools.</description>
