OctoTrade Co., Ltd., processes the warranty claim with the manufacturers in Japan. OctoTrade Co., Ltd. is not responsible for the outcome of the validity or invalidity of the claim as evaluated by the manufacturer.
Do not send items without postage or poorly packed, as they will not be accepted. Shipping costs within Japan and back to you are free of charge if the warranty claim is evaluated to be a valid case. Intentional or accidental damage due to neglect or improper packing by the customer are not under warranty and will be returned at your cost.
Damages occurred during international shipping – If, upon receiving your item, you note any major damage to the packaging and/or the item itself, please immediately file a report with the deliverer or the delivery company. Please contact us by e-mail attaching the damage report and possibly photo as proof. We will then process the claim with the delivery company in Japan.
Returns:
• All items are bought specifically for each order.
• Returns are allowed only in exceptional cases after consultation and with depreciation.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns.
• All returns must be packed correctly to be accepted.
• Returns sent without prior notification cannot be accepted.
• Customized and sanitary products are generally excluded from return.
